Quinoa
Sprouted Black Beans
Chopped Lettuce ( My choice is Romaine )
Cherry or Grape tomatoes cut in half
Green Onions
Mushrooms
Bell Pepper
Cucumber
Olives
Quinoa -
Soak 2 cups of quinoa for about 15 minutes while you bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Turn off heat when boil is reached. Drain and rinse quinoa then put in boiled water, cover with lid and let sit about 20 - 30 minutes.

Salad -
Take the rest of the ingredients and chop the way you like for a green salad.
Cook the Quinoa and warm the beans. Place in bottom of bowl and top with Green Salad. Drizzle with your favorite dressing and your done!
