Cashew Sour Cream

Super easy and a great creamy base for lots of things, or to put on your baked potato!
  • Soak 1 cup cashews 4-6 hours
  • Rinse
  • Place in blender with 1 TBS plus ½ tsp Apple Cider vinegar ( or rice vinegar) and ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¾ c. Water total
  • Add water ¼ cup at a time.
  • Put in fridge to thicken
