Ranch Dressing

First make Cashew sour cream -

  • Soak 1 cup cashews 4-6 hours
  • Rinse
  • Place in blender with 1 TBS plus ½ tsp Apple Cider vinegar ( or rice vinegar) and ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¾ c. Water total
  • Add water ¼ cup at a time.
  • Put in fridge to thicken

 Now for the ranch dressing -

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tsp Agave Nectar/Honey
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • ¼ tsp garlic granules or ½ clove fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Parsley

Place ingredients in blender and mix. Set in fridge to thicken.
