First make Cashew sour cream -
- Soak 1 cup cashews 4-6 hours
- Rinse
- Place in blender with 1 TBS plus ½ tsp Apple Cider vinegar ( or rice vinegar) and ¼ tsp. salt
- ¾ c. Water total
- Add water ¼ cup at a time.
- Put in fridge to thicken
Now for the ranch dressing -
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 tsp Agave Nectar/Honey
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Nutritional Yeast
- ¼ tsp garlic granules or ½ clove fresh garlic
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Parsley
Place ingredients in blender and mix. Set in fridge to thicken.
