To BE or not to BE...... That IS THE question!!

UGHHH!!!! How often do you feel this way? How often do you feel this way compared to feeling this way - YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you think you have a choice in how you feel? Absolutely you do! Have you ever heard something similar to "You can't control what goes on around you, but you CAN control how you respond?" Ponder on that for a moment. What does that mean to you?

When life is going crazy, and it seems that in one way or another it usually does, we get to choose how we respond and what OUR actions are. More often than not we choose the easy way - to let it effect us and let life control our emotions.

What if you took a minute, when life "happens", to breathe deeply and make a conscious choice of how you responded?
 
What would you CHOOSE?

Here's a couple of ideas to help you decide what you would choose - 
Do you enjoy being angry? Do you enjoy being annoyed? Do you enjoy being irritated? Do you enjoy being depressed? Do you enjoy yelling? Do you enjoy carrying burdens?

OR

Do you enjoy being at peace? Do you enjoy being happy? Do you enjoy satisfaction of responsibility? Do you enjoy speaking clearly and precise?

You might be thinking to yourself that it's not your fault if something doesn't go right and it is bothersome to you. You are EXACTLY right! It's not your fault! However, it IS up to you whether or not you let it drag you down and effect everything else and your whole day, week or year!

Yes some things in life aren't fun, but skipping through mud puddles is by far more fun than dragging your feet!!
